Description: Red yeast rice has been traditionally used in China to improve blood circulation and digestion. It is made by fermenting red rice with Monascus Purpureus yeast (red yeast). Fermented red yeast rice contains monacolin K, a compound with similar chemical structure to statin medications, which helps keeping a good cholesterol level.
Indication: Lower high cholesterol level, enhance blood circulation, strengthen internal organs & lower high blood pressure.
Contents: Each 500mg tablet contains: Semen Monascus Purpureus 500mg (Which is equivalent to approximately 4.5mg of Monacolin K).
Dosage: Adult: 1 tablet, twice a day before meals.
Contraindication: Pregnancy & breastfeeding.
Precautions: Avoid taking the product with cholesterol lowering medication, grapefruit, liver, dairy, yeast products, or vitamins containing nicotinic acid.
