Vitamin D3 is a fat-soluble form of vitamin D - when you produce this naturally, it's called cholecalciferol. Bio-D3 supplements are easy to take and specially formulated in gel 'pearls'. Bio-D3 is liposoluble (dissolves in oil), so an oil-based formula is best. Bio-D3 preparation is dissolved in cold pressed organic olive oil to enhance absorption.
